Old Bush Shui Xian.
Deep roast in the warm gaiwan. Deep tangerine aroma off the rinse. The first thing you’ll notice is the beautiful soft nature of this tea. A truly exquisite bouncy, bouncy bouncy mouthfeel and the liquid falling down the throat absolutely effortlessly! A super clean broth. The roast is here and builds through the infusions. Vague sweetness becomes forefront and a pokey bitterness to boot. The more you sip, the more pronounced the aroma will be. Complexity, Shouty elegance, a creeping chi and a lingering hui gan are all hallmarks of this tea.
