Green Tea

Green tea has gone through very light oxidation and a kill green process. The vast majority of Chinese Green Tea’s originate from areas such as Fujian province and Yunnan. Some scientific studies have indicated that Green tea could potentially guard the regular drinker of heart issues and some cancers. The taste of greens can be fresh, vegetal, nutty and potentially savoury umami or seaweed. For best results drink while fresh and brew with filtered water at 90c. Green tea can be brewed ‘big teapot style’ and Gong Fu.
