We will not accept returns on any item unless the item in question is faulty or has cosmetic defects that you are unhappy about. We will only accept returns on tea products if there is a flaw of some kind with the tea.
If you receive a product which you think is faulty or develops a fault within 14 days of purchase or if you discover a flaw in one of our tea products then please email us immediately. We will make an assessment on your issue and if your item is deemed faulty or your tea has a flaw of some kind we will under normal circumstances organise to have this resolved within 24 hours. assess the issue to determine if the product we can offer a refund or replacement under these following conditions:
- The product fault must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the product.
- The fault or damage will be verified by us before issuing any refunds. We may ask for photographs for verification.
- If we require the product returned then we will pay for the return shipping.
- We will either replace with free shipping or refund the amount paid for the product plus the shipping charge for product.
- Please be aware that if the product was sent with other items the shipping refund will be proportional.
In the unlikely event that we mistakenly send you the wrong or missing product then please email us within 14 days and we will dispatch the correct product immediately with free shipping. If we require a return of the incorrect product then we will pay for the return shipping.
