We feel this version hits the mark well for price and a truly pleasurable Dragon Well experience! This 2019 Spring Long Jin green is wonderfully textured with a long overt chestnut note. Can be brewed in a big teapot for a full on chestnut flavour. You can use a tall glass with 85c water, leave standing for a around 60 seconds and pour. this process can be repeated several times. Gong Fu brewing will offer more delicate notes with less body and flavour but a more refined overall session.
