Description
2023 Jingmei Sheng maocha just in. Maocha is the processed but unpressed leaf of raw puerh. Pretty aromatic dry leaf (deep and fruity). A nice vegetal / fruity aroma off the rinse. A light golden broth. Flavour wise it’s got a touch of vegetal but really it’s very exotic fruit forward, slightly sweet with a pushy and very noticeable fruity aftertaste. A pushy bitterness and astringency makes for a satisfying bite.
