Description
Truthfully, we don’t really know how old this Ripe Puerh is. It was classed as ‘aged’ at point of pressing in 2012 and shows balanced storage notes when tasting with no wet notes. I’m guessing 2004? The Gong Ting (being a very tippy blend) provides a less thick but more elegant brew with bright and vivid aged top notes!
Aroma:
Slight earth and camphor moving to malty gong ting.
Taste:
Taste is refined and complex earth very slight tobacco with some suggesting medicinal notes. Subtle sweetness on the cheeks. Smooth with a light and elegant mouthfeel. Lubricating and quaffable. Relaxing / energetic chi.
