‘Mu Shu’ Old Arbor Black tea of Yunnan

We’re very lucky to be offering this full flavored Lincang area Yunnan black tea which is normally reserved for high end Pu Erh.
Sourced from old arbor trees (100-200 years old) and processed by a local tea master makes this a very rare and limited production Hong Cha (Black tea). Thick, stout leaves and buds make the Mu Shu very infusable. After around 5 infusions the large leaves are starting to unfurl and you may notice a subtle sweetness in the finish. The Mu Shu will carry itself well over the coming years, developing over time.
You could brew this up ‘Big Teapot Style’ and add a dash of milk with great results but we dont like to encourage that sort of thing round here. 🙂
