Origin: Dong Ding region, Taiwan – harvested at around 700 meters with an average temperature of 21–23°C and abundant rainfall.
Dong Ding Hong Shui Oolong (Red Water) is a classic Taiwanese Oolong with a long history, in production since 1885. Its high oxidation and light, slow roasting produce a smooth, buttery, and floral cup with a malty depth.
