Description
2023 Spring Jing Mai oxidised White tea with 12 months rest in Guangzhou. This white tea has undergone a slight oxidation process which is not traditionally carried out with White teas. The broth is a very light golden. The aroma is light and refreshing and quite sweet and a solid texture.
Did you know you can boil up white tea? I like to have 3 infusions then boil up the leaf for 3-5 mins. The result here is a dark broth with thick soup, honey sweet with slight black tea flavour and light astringency.
