2004 Chunhai Cha Chang Raw Puerh Tea Cake

A little known factory production from a little known producer. Menghai area material, carefully stored in Guangdong. Aroma off the dry leaf is forest floor, no strange off notes. This aroma comes through in early infusions along side some sweetness. The texture is smooth enough, this is an old factory cake after all! The storage forest floor slowly gives way to more sweetness and subtle nuances and a nice but light hui gan. Simple but expressive old factory tea 👍.
